Weight = 62.5kg
BF % = 14.84%
BF mls = 64mls over 7 sites using the jackson/pollock method.

Feeling really happy about the results. I have lost just under 2%bf since the 19th June - 16 days ago, so I am dropping around 5mls a week atm. I am sure this will slow down soon. But with 11 weeks remaining, it is looking good :o)

Weight is not going down all that fast, but as long as the bf is then I am one happy camper :o)

Off to have breaky and think about some progress photos.
